Mrs. Andreea – Emanuela Drăgoi is a Senior Researcher, at the Institute of World Economy. She has a PhD in economics, obtained in 2009, at the National Institute of Economic Research of the Romanian Academy, with the thesis “State Aid and the financing of the knowledge-based economy”. She has graduate (in 2012) the postdoctoral school “Economic Research, Support of Welfare and Human Development in European Context (CERBUN)” from the National Institute of Economic Research of the Romanian Academy. Mrs. Andreea – Emanuela Dragoi participated as an expert in numerous national and international research projects and has a strong background in the following areas: EU’s competition policy, state aid control, rural development and regional development in EU, EU economic relations  with the Russian Federation.
